Dear River Landing HOA Member,
As you may already know, River Landing has come under new management as of April, 2014. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and share with you some exciting plans we have for the community…
 

We are BellWoods Management LLC and we will be providing on-site HOA management 3 days per week for your community as well as off-site management as needed. The office hours will remain the same: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10-5, and our on-site office manager is Carla Cathey. We would also like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of the new River Landing community website: www.riverlandinghuntsville.com! The intent of this new website is to provide residents with better communication and information sharing. Some of the outstanding features include a monthly newsletter, clubhouse event calendar, message board, neighborhood photos, and access to important documents such as the Covenants, amenities rules, clubhouse rental contract, and clubhouse calendar, as well as the ability to pay dues online! A section of the website is members-only, and in the future, all important notices from the HOA to the residents will be sent to the registered users on this site, so please make sure you take a few moments and register by going to www.riverlandinghuntsville.com and clicking on the “are you a member?” tab at the top right hand side of the home page.
 

Additionally, plans are underway for the formation of adults’ and children’s social committees, as well as a transition committee. More information will follow, but we are currently looking for volunteers to chair the adult’s and the children’s social committees. If you’re interested in volunteering, please email Carla.
Finally, we would like to invite you to join us for a meet and greet on Tuesday, June 12th from 6PM to 7PM at the River Landing Clubhouse. Light refreshments will be served.
